What Our Warranty Covers

🔋 Automotive Battery Warranty-All automotive batteries installed by Lewisville Mobile Mechanics are covered by a 24-month (2-year) Free Replacement warranty from the original date of installation.

✅ Parts:

All parts we supply and install are covered against defects in materials or workmanship for 12 months or 8,000 miles (whichever comes first).

✅ Labor:

We guarantee our labor on covered repairs for the same period. If an issue arises due to our workmanship, we’ll fix it at no additional cost.

✅ Workmanship Guarantee:

Every job is performed by experienced, ASE-certified technicians using quality tools and trusted parts.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

• Parts provided by the customer. Unless failure caused by incorrect installation.
• Damage caused by accidents, neglect, racing, or misuse.
• Failures due to lack of maintenance or unrelated system issues.
• Normal wear items such as brake pads, filters, fluids, or wiper blades (unless we replaced them during the covered service).
• Repairs performed by another mechanic after our service date.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue during the warranty period:

1. Call or text 972-752-0362 right away.
2. Provide your name, service date, and vehicle details.
3. We’ll schedule a convenient mobile visit to inspect and verify the issue.
4. If the problem is covered, we’ll correct it promptly — at no cost to you.

We handle all warranty claims quickly and fairly to get you back on the road safely.

Transferability

If you sell your vehicle within the warranty period, our warranty can be transferred to the new owner — just let us know so we can update our records.
